So, what’s going on?

Friday Lunch

Our famous Friday lunch last week was a healthy dose of delicious chicken and chips, of which we forgot to take some photos of because we were insanely busy with… stuff… that you will be told all about later.

Social Club

As some of you may know, we have a social event every two months or so, called the Social Club. It’s where we all get together after work and talk and drink and have fun and drink and sometimes dance (even without a dancefloor) and drink.

Our recent Social Club event was held last Friday night at Essen, the German restaurant and beer cafe in Broadway, Sydney.

Let me just say, holy guacamole… Those Germans know how to cook up a feast! There has never been more food consumed (and failed to be consumed) at a Social Club event, EVER! From croquette tasting plates, potato salad, pork knuckle, belly, and crackling, to goulash, schnitzel, and apple strudel.

And that’s only half of what was served…

New Sales Manager

In other news, we welcome Nigel into our Sales Manager role. For a while we’ve been working on making the Sales team more structured and organised, and with this new promotion, there’s no doubt there’s going to be a whole lot more work done. Congrats, Nigel!

Shane’s Departure

The Social Club on Friday night was also not our final goodbye, but a great, big see-ya-later to our Network Engineer Shane, who is technically still working with us but from the faraway land of Germany, which was fitting for the restaurant we were at. Auf Wiedersehen, Shane!
